The Autonomy Lab is a research group that is challenging the concept of autonomy in art. They host workshops with interesting autonomous practitioners from diverse backgrounds, such as performance artists, political activists and social workers. The visual language of these promos draws from 'do-it-yourself' and activist movements to capture the self-organised and often improvised nature of the Autonomy Lab.
Selection of print work done for WORM Rotterdam, including a full-length magazine, promotional material (posters and flyers) and a series of zines. WORM makes it its mission to provide a stage for the counterculture and the under-represented people in art. By doing so, it boasts some of the most diversified and interesting line-ups in the city.
Every weekend is a collection of different stories at WORM. To make justice to this cultural and artistic diversity,
the infamous Weekend Videos borrow from many tools and styles.

In times when the real world shuts down, the Cloud grows bigger – both in size and importance – and the urgency to adapt is real. WORMworld is the virtual embodiment of the Open City. Much like WORM, it serves as a portal into the obscure world of alternative culture and art. It’s designed in such a way that the familiarity and iconography of the emblematic WORM building are translated into the web page.

Exhibited at the Palace of Typographic Masonry.
Named after its almost monotype but not quite nature,
Pseudo Mono is a headliner font inspired
by the invention of the synthesiser, early electronic music
cover art and the culmination of art and technology.
Used in a series of booklets for Downtown Colosseum Appartments in Porto.

the Risograph printer. This project sprung with Maarten Baan as a manifestation of our love for the RISO machine.
Exhibited at Bolderhaal Neoliet and WORM's
S/ash Gallery.
